We are happy to accept any item for exchange or refund within 21 days of receipt of goods, provided the item is returned unused, in its original packaging and with the sales tags still attached. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To return an item, please return it - with a note specifying the problem - to:

We recommend that you obtain suitable insurance and use a recorded postal service to return your item. Modiste cannot be held liable for lost parcels.
Please note that for returned goods, we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge (unless the entire order was cancelled within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods or the goods prove to be faulty). For exchanges, the replacement goods will be delivered to you free of charge.
