Fashion Show Success - 22nd April 2008

Modiste held its inaugural fashion show on Tuesday 22nd April, in the process raising funds for Mellor Country House, a very worthwhile local charity.

Tickets sold so well that a change of venue was required, meaning that on a lovely Spring evening the ladies in attendance could be found sipping wine on the veranda of Marple Golf Club, prior to the main event.

The catwalk show began by showcasing the independent designers that Modiste stock; labels which include Boutique, Bayliss & Knight, Obi, Mina, Fever and fellow Stopfordians Cube & Star. For that special occasion
